Hi, All tickets sent to WHMCS departments are marked as "Blocked Sender". I have POP3 mail piping set. I have to "Ignore Error and Import" (see screenshot 2) so the mail/tickets are registered. Even when i do this, replies sent by clients are Blocked again. I do not have any kind of spam protection set. How can I resolve this? Thanks in advance.

Hi, POP3 mails are not getting imported in WHMCS, emails sent to sales@mycompany.com are not reaching WHMCS even though correct settings are in place as well as cron is set for every minute. Strange thing is that there is nothing in the Ticket Mail Import Log . The server it's being hosted has DirectAdmin as control panel and Litespeed. How do I find the real issue here? I'm using WHMCS version 7.0.3

Hi, I have latest version of WHMCS installed with Centos 7 and Openlitespeed and DirectAdmin as control panel. I had Apache, but when I upgraded from Apache to Openlitespeed my domain.com/whmcs/vendor/composer/LICENSE and other files are accessible, and I also get this: https://prnt.sc/1036a1b I currently have this in public_html/whmcs/vendor/.htaccess <IfModule !mod_authz_core.c> Order allow,deny Deny from all </IfModule> <IfModule mod_authz_core.c> Require all denied </IfModule> but, still all the files are still accessible, how do I fix this?

So I just move all the files from subdomain to main domain and reissue the license and configure the storage locations? How about setting up permissions etc? and ticket import? cron settings?

Hi, I have recently moved from Clientexec to WHMCS, now that I'm a little used to it, I'd like to move it to my main domain, like something from my.domain.com to www.domain.com what are the easiest steps to do this? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I'm trying to configure the department and fetch tickets via pop3/imap but I'm getting this error https://prnt.sc/wg9vvz (I have removed the domain name for privacy reasons) The Mail Import test failed: cannot select INBOX, is this a valid transport? What could be the issue here?

For some strange reasons, i'm getting refused even though i have correct login details as well as pop are enabled in gmail as well. Hi, Yes, i'm using POP 3 importing. I do not get any error msg there. Can you explain what you mean by "running manually"? -
hello everyone, tickets/mails sent to my whmcs are arriving after 30-40 mins even though i have set ticket importing (pop) for every minute set. i have correct settings in general settings -> mail as well which is: smtp port: 465 host: smtp.gmail.com login: mygooglehostermail pass: password also less secure apps are enabled in google settings, as well as port 465 and 587 are opened in the firewall. any help in this regard is much appreciated.

hi my website exploit scanner is showing base64_decode on default files on whmcs which i recently downloaded. can anybody confirm that the following files are by default in this location whmcsfolder/vendor/symfony/http-foundation/ServerBag.php on line 70 it is $exploded = explode(':', base64_decode(substr($authorizationHeader, 6)), 2); or something is wrong?

hi my support & updates are expired but i believe i can download the update till the date i had my support & updates active? i currently have 7.0.1 in my whmcs, and i cannot find anything in downloads section, i get only the error msg support is expired. where can i get it?
