  1. Hello There's any way to search for customers by the kind of CC that they are using? I mean, like listing all the customers paying with Visa Card? Even if this have to be done via PhpMyadmin or similar

I get a blank page when I go to the "My Support Tickets" of WHMCS since the last upgrade of both (Kayako and WHMCS) I tried to start from 0 the integration, but can't fix that blank page issue, nothing show up at the error logs, if I use {debug} on the header.tpl, don't get anything either when I click there.

Not sure when started the issue (we made no changes on the site other than in the template, I switched back to default just in case anyway), but on package that can be paid for 2 years or more the price is miscalculated. As example We have a package that does cost $4.95 per month if you pay for 3 years, that would be $178.20, however, the first invoice is generated for $319.30, the same plan for 2 years cost $5.95 per month, that would be $142.80, first invoice is generated for $170.42 though. The guy who took my ticket told me that is because the prorate enabled and that WHMCS is charging for extra time (depending of which billing cycle) instead than 3 or 2, obviously, that's totally wrong, and that's the last answer that I got from WHMCS's support. Anybody have any idea on where I should look for? (tax and late fee are disabled), and I don't see a patern (like a fixed % on the increment or fixed amount added).
  7. It does create the nameservers on the "reseller profile" however does not on the DNS zone. You have to do that manually unfortunately.
  8. upload the kayako files into the same account on where WHMCS is hosted and that will do it.
  9. Has been integrated to WHMCS? or not yet, the only reason of why I did not moved from Modernbill to WHMCS is because the 3 years billing cycle was not available the last time that I tried. Is this available now? if not, anybody know if it's going to be and when?

  11. There's any software to alert for new orders? something like MbAlert for modernbill? I'm tired of modernbill, however, I love that little piece of software which let me know directly on the desktop every time that there's a new order. There's anything like that for WHMCS?
