  1. I've been on the server for months and nothing was touched here - any idea on how to fix this then?
  2. A few days ago I started seeing something weird happening with the server status window, both in admin panel and client area. I've been using WHMCS for a while now and for server status I've use the server's hostname as the main url followed by the path to the /status/ folder and it has worked. But a few days ago it stopped transmitting data and I thought my browser was just messed up. So today I restarted my pc and tried it on my laptop and another computer in the house and so far, no luck with showing the load or uptime - it just gives a dash where the info is supposed to be. It still showed the HTTP part as "Online" So I changed the hostname into the IP of the server and then it started to work. I have the latest version of WHMCS and I upgraded a few days ago so I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it.
  3. you should add your regular footer there to complete it - otherwise good job integrating
  4. um...it came back just now on its own, and I haven't touched anything at all...weird
  5. Well I upgrade to 3.8.1 just now and in admin panel, the quotes and the network issues should be in the drop down list when you hover over transactions and support right? Well it was there for about 5 minutes, and then I try to go back and they are gone. I was working with making the URLs SEO friendly, I even turned that off later and they didn't come back Help to why that happened is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  6. unfortunately no i am still using my personal paypal account which seems to work fine, still waiting for some help myself with this
  7. are you talking about regular paypal? because i dont see "Website standard" anywhere....
  8. hm..thanks for letting me know, wasn't aware of that until now
  9. already did posted it just after you - i did it a few weeks ago, just didnt remember to post it up about the idea you gave me, i'll have to do it some other time lol - the idea was to shorten the billing page since we dont register domains and all
  10. I did this myself and I actually thought it would be killer...but I was wayy wrong lol. http://www.junaweb.com That's the link, feel free to tell me if I skipped out on anything, You can go to the billing page by clicking the "Support" link on the navbar I am thinking of changing the "Support" link to saying "Client Area" and then taking away the "Client Login" link entirely since the login page is in the billing home page
  11. looks pretty good - gave me some ideas on what to do with my page lol
  12. I see that WHMCS has website payments PRO as one of their payment gateways and I wanted to know if I can use website Payments STANDARD with that gateway? like set up the api and everything i want to use standard because it has no monthly fees and as being a very small company, we can't afford to pay $30 and still pay our server bill, we'd go in the hole every month unless we can get 50 new clients out of no where who will use our credit card system to pay i have already contacted paypal about this but i dont think i'll be hearing form them before tuesday since its the columbus day holiday - and i have not set up a business account yet, i dont' want to until i get it all right so response here is appreciated. thanks!
  13. i am new to this and only started messing with this yesterday. I made a few test orders but they look screwed up. In one of the orders, No IP was sent with the email which is the temporary cpanel url also in the nameservers place, it was just parenthesis, none of the name servers that I set up in there. i read through the documentation but i am still pretty confused. what am i missing here? i automated it so after it gets payment an account is set up and the user gets all the account details. But yeah, that is where I am screwing up, account details aren't getting sent properly. I set up the server and everything with the IP and reseller central accounts but i dont know what it is doing when it is making the account. response appreciated, thanks!
  14. I plan to use WHMCS as my web host's billing software. It is fully HTML at the moment. I wanted to know how easy it is to integrate it to an HTML template. I currently have no experience with WHMCS or any other kind of billing softwares as I am just starting out. Some info on this is appreciated before I go on and buy the license because I don't want to waste a week or two on the integration and waste the license for half a month Thanks in advance!
