Hi, I notice something that's not correct. I have a customer that canceld their domain, but renewal notices are beeing send to the customer. Is there a setting for it? Using 5.0.3. cheers.

Removing the token gives taken all the time, so it's needed.

It was a good idea that I didn't think off, so I disabled it. Still it's not working. First it is taken using the external form then on the domain checker page I redo my search: available.

Join the line, mine is untouched since May 20 (18 days), and opened on May 10. I guess new releases go for production issues I guess, that's generating new income. Maybe I'm wrong, but it's the only explanation I can give. I'm trying my luck on with the community. Hopefully yours get sorted out.

I noticed that the domain search form that can be used does not work well with .nl domains. I used the integration code from the whmcs system and put that on my site. When searching for a .nl domain it will allways report that it is taken. When I then do the same search again on the domain checker form, it's available. There is something wrong somewhere. WHMCS Support is not responding to my ticket anymore, so I'm wondering if others have the same problems.

Does anyone have any idea how to add Google adwords conversion code to Ajax orderform? With the cart I saw that you need to add it to the complete.tpl template. With the Ajax form there is no compete.tpl. in /order/template When I want to run code after the payment is done after they ordered using the ajax form, where can I add this code? Can anyone help?

I use Basic, it works, but we are still waiting on the Advanced integration so that payments can be processed directly and not manual like it is with basic.

Hi, I'm a little lost here, and need some help. Clients are able to register a domain without combining this with a webhosting- or parking package. How can I enforce this?

We have a problem with SEO, it does not work. We have renamed the htaccess.txt to .htaccess and enabled the option in the General Menu. It does rewrite, but not right. Switching to catogories works good. But selecting articles: /whmcs/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=5 becomes /whmcs/knowledgebase/2/knowledgebase/4/Sponsoring.html with a 404 error as result. BTW, everything else works fine

MDevil, I don't know how you want to realise this, but, the WHMCS Ideal module is for Ideal Basic. You have to set a invoice manualy to paid after receiving an email. Ideal Advanced will have this features of automaticly process payments, but WHMCS does not have this module yet. Rumors are that a module will be integrated, but nothing is officialy conformed by WHMCS. The fields are ment to give feedback to your customers about the transaction. You can create pages with transaction failed, succes etc.

Join the line of customers that moved from MB to WHMCS. MB is nice, but complicated, buggy and support sucks. WHMCS is simple, has a many features, and support is very good. They even adjusted their migration script on my request, for nothing. You won't regret it, your life will get better after you move .

Check your Pending autosetups, possible to manual push it from there. To troubleshoot the reason of failure, check your logfiles of TCADMIN. 3.7.1 is working fine here with TCA.

Since I'm a bit new on whmcs beta's, I was wondering, 3.7.0 beta is out, I've downloaded it, and like to test it. I was thinking copy the database, copy the directory, change config (database name, paths etc) and upgrade so we can test. But how about the directory that is registered in the license, will it give any problems?

I'm a Old MB5 user. Jumped in June, wished I had done this 2 years earlier when I started with MB5 . WHMCS is not perfect, but it works which you cannot say of MB5. Bug are minimal with whmcs and support is much faster than MB (if you get any allready). Go for it

I guess, the server is stuck at pending automations in TCA. If so, process from there by hand and see more details. (check your logging on the tca master server) BTW. Check again if you have your datacenter ID set right. If that Last, open a ticket at whmcs, it had it working but got this error, Matt send me a update.
