I am currently able to set a payment method for each invoice, but I really would love to give the option for more than one payment method on my invoices, such as "Check Payment" and "Credit Card Payment". Is this possible? How? Many thanks in advance. TB

I understand that Godaddy is not an ideal choice, but I can't switch from them right now. Are there any solutions? Why did this all of a sudden start happening after almost 2 years without a hitch? I can't be the only person in the world having this problem.

This is so frustrating for me. No one has been able to help me- not WHMCS, not Godaddy and not Paypal! IPNs are ALL OF A SUDDEN not posting to my WHMCS system, and invoices are not being marked as paid. This is a recent development, and NOTHING has changed in my paypal account, WHMCS account or Godaddy account. Before you suggest that I move away from Godaddy's servers, please note that this is not an option for me. Does anyone at least know which IP addresses Paypal uses to send it's IPNs? Any other ideas as to why it's not working? IPN is set up correctly, and according to WHMCS' requirements in my paypal account. I've looked into changing cURL proxy status to FALSE, but I can't figure out how to do that in PHPMyAdmin. Ideas there would be appreciated as well. Thanks in advance. TB

Moving to a new host isn't really an option right now. Why would it have all of a sudden stopped working? Surely, other people are using Godaddy and IPN calls. Why won't WHMCS and GoDaddy play nice?

A few days ago, my paypal IPN stopped working. I didn't change anything- it just stopped. I contacted WHMCS support and they said that it's most likely a problem with Godaddy blocking the incoming IPNs from Paypal. When I talked to Godaddy, they said that it must be a Paypal problem. When I talked to Paypal, they said it must be a Godaddy problem. Basically, no one is accepting responsibility for this because they just don't know what is wrong, and don't want to bother looking into it, with the exception of WHMCS support, who have been amazingly supportive. Has anyone else had this problem? Does any one have any ideas as to what might be wrong? This is driving me nuts. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. TB

Thanks. I want to import my entire address book so that I can send an email blast with news to everyone that I know.

I am trying to import all of my contacts (2000+) from Mac Address Book to WHMCS. The problem is that Mac Address Book doesn't export a CSV file on it's own. I have downloaded several Mac Address Book to CSV exporters, but so far, none of them have created the "proper" type of CSV file. The guys at WHMCS are going to write an import for me, but I can't seem to export the right type of file for them. I am glad to pay for the extra service and really appreciate their help, but it's really a waste of everyone's time for WHMCS and me to keep going back and forth with them to try and get the right file to them. Has anyone else done this? I find it EXTREMELY hard to believe that I am the only guy on a Mac using WHMCS. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. TB

Is there a way to change the Quote ID to something that would be more integrated into my system? For example, instead of "Quote #3" appearing on a quote, I'd like the ID number to be "216-020809-01". Is this possible? If so, can the Quote ID transfer over into the invoice ID once it's been accepted?

You will always be directed to the paypal page, but it will skip the "intro page", sending the user directly to the credit card information area, instead of asking them to log in to paypal.

Thanks. I just got a response from WHMCS that recommended having Open_basedir DISABLED. Why do you think? Also- WHMCS told me that I have to have crons enabled in order to automate tasks. Does anyone know if Godaddy can do this on a shared account? TB

I am currently running WHMCS on a site hosted with godaddy.com, which doesn't allow me to run automated taks because they don't offer cpanel. I am currently looking for a new host that will allow me to automatically send invoice reminders and past due notices. What requirements does a hosting provider need to have in order to complete such tasks. Can anyone recommend hosting that would allow WHMCS automation that wouldn't necessarily break the bank?
