No, john is not a subdomain. The nom.br is a special TLD and it`s require 2 names for register. If you try register barry.nom.br the Registrar don`t accept.

The problem is not in the .nom.br (it`s ok). The problem is eg. john.barry eg. john.barry.nom.br (not work)

The support told me this problem is because the "." between the names and the whmcs not support this caracter, like john.barry.nom.br (is not possible).

And I have a customer that use a .nom.br (customer.name.nom.br) eg. john.barry.nom.br The system is not accept this one. I check the file whoisservers.php in include folder and the extension is there (.nom.br|whois.nic.br|No match for) Please, how can I solve it? Thank you.

You can translate the admin by the templates and somethings by direct in the database. I translate to portuguese-br many things in the admin, but not all because I can`t found all things, like the Menu.

When you configure a plan in Products/Services, for example a personal plan, you need put the code that you received in the field of the WHM Package Name in Module Settings tab, then you configure the options like Disk Space, Bandwidth and others in the Configurable Options. In the tab Module Settings you need put only the minimum values of specifications, if you wish. The difference between this addon is that its created an account in the whm. If you don`t use it you can created the options in the Configurable Options, but the system will not created the account in your server.
