problems migrating cPanel accounts via WHM/cPanel Import Script

CptLeon posted a topic in Installation, Upgrade, and Import Support

I'm having problems migrating my cPanel accounts over to my installation of WHMCS via the WHM/cPanel Import Script. I have been consulting the online manual, have created packages within WHMCS with the exact same package names, same package specifications, etc... Does anyone have any suggestions as to why the migration fails & what I can do to change this?
