I have to add my positive feedback to the service provided from Steven. Even if the module wasn't appropriate for my Installation (due to my WHMCS non UTF encoding issues and time needed to convert) and finally didn't continue, Steven was really very helpfull and professional with his service and the module worth every cent!

What type of error code do you get? They do have a meaning, do you have the port 20001 open in your server (both ways)? Check it your hosting provider.

I managed to make it work, but the reply seems that today there must be a problem, which is the case with me too, doesn't work today I get an error (with no number or description) and it doesn't register domains.

Does any body knows the whois server for the above (.me domain) in order to be added in the whoisservers.php?

Up to now I've never managed to make this work, I had no problems at all with Stargate module. Everything for OnlineNic is done manually, through their API, support from Matt on this didn't solve the problem, actually he told me that it is a problem from OnlineNIC and not fom WHMCS. When contacted Onlinenic they didn't help.

Has anyone managed to use succesfully the ONLINENIC module? The feedback that I got from WHMCS support informed that there is not a known issue on this module.

Domain registration using the onlinenic module doesn't seem to work, I get a 2400 error which according to documentation of whmcs is "Command Failed" with no more description. Has anyone this error before? I contacted Onlinenic support but don't know what might cause this. Contact with whmcs support instructed to increase max_execution from my side but even this didn't work. Checked also 2001 port, clients contact (telephon etc.). Could someone help me with this?

We too have the same problem the last 3-4 days, all payments are marked as invalid in the Gateway log, however the payments are made. Afte sending a support ticket to Matt he informed me that Paypal is having issues with callback at the moment and they would fix it.

That's exactly the case for us. In Cpanel the WHMCS is perfect but for most Plesk operation we operate manually. It's a pitty such a great software not been able for so long to cooperate with Plesk.

This was actually solved(not the .pdf though) after a support to Matt. Replacing the functions.php with another provided by Matt since in 3.6 a translation occures(didn't work in my install) to the profile or contact data.

We are facing the following problem after upgrade to 3.6, during registration of a new Greek domain it seems instead of the normal domain owner data(in Greek) the domain is registered to an unreadable(in terms of charset) domain owner. Prior to upgrade we were using the CP charset for long with no problems at all, so this setting has been inherited to the new version. Has anyone faced the same problem? Any hints? Additionally has anyone managed to solve the Greek invoice-.pdf issue?(not dispayed correctly in the Greek lag.)

Hi. I recently added a new dedicated Windows-Plesk 8.2 server and setting it up for production but I'm bit confused since I don't have any exp. on Plesk. 1. New order from a client for a second hosting account, it is created but whith NO physical hosting so I have to edit it manually. There is no problem at all to the first account that client orders, it is set OK, the problem is to additional hosting-orders. I checked this in the forum but wasn't able to find a solution. Any hints? 2. This is not really a WHMCS question but I'm totally lost. Is there anyway to make DOMAIN templates NOT visible to clients when they log-in to their plesk (along with some other buttons like register etc) since by this they are able to see and alter my domain templates? Thanks in advance for any help..
