Has anyone worked out a way to offer their users a free 1 week trial? eg: they signup for Product A (free) and then after 7 days, they are automatically downgraded to Product B, unless they upgrade to Product C. Has anyone worked this out? Any help is much appreciated.

Is there any way to disable people creating sub accounts ? I can't find anything on the forums or in the documentation to prevent this from occurring ! Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

John, The product group is "membership options". I cant see anything that says ""Automatically setup the product when you manually accept a pending order". I'm in the "Edit Product" screen under "Products/Services" in the "Module Settings" tab. The only thing that is there is a dropdown menu for "Module Name". Is this the wrong place? Simon

I've been looking for a way to do this and I can't find anything in the docs or FAQ! When a new user signs up for a free product (product type is "Other"), I want to manually go in and activate the account OR activate the free product. Can WHMCS support this? I don't mind if the user has the account, just so as long as they can't access the product, and the allocation/activation of the product is done by me. Any ideas?

Its configured for phpmail() but I still don't receive mail from new signups or support tickets.

Is there a feature to receive email notifications for: a) new account signups b) domain name purchases I can't see this anywhere, so I'm having to login and check every few days - which isn't very effective. Thanks for your help.

I'm having trouble understanding the Directi reselling system. Can someone provide some clarity around this: 1. Do I need to deposit $200 into my master reseller account? Can it be $50 or some other amount? 2. What happens if a user orders $100 worth of domains and there is not $100 worth of funds in the master reseller account? Does the user get an error message? 3. When I put Directi in "test mode" in the "Registrar Settings". Is there a way to register a domain name without going through the paypal payment process? I just want to avoid having to pay paypal fees everytime I test if this is running! I'd really appreciate your help!

What benefit is there of integrating Kayako when WHMCS has support tickets?

Has anyone integrated 1 Shopping Cart (mcssl.com) into WHMCS? Ideally I'd like to use it for affiliate management.
