Thanks a Lot! That solves the Problem.

The problem I had after upgrading was solved when I carried out a fresh upload of all files except configuration.php and all customized files. I wiped every other thing clean and uploaded afresh. May I also mention that I backed up my database before the process.

Thank you so much.

Customers are always contacting us and asking what our promo code is, even when we are not running any promo. Please how can I remove that promotional code request field whenever it is not needed?
-
Many emails sent to our clients that use Yahoo! Email either gets lost in transit or Gets delivered to spam folder. I Want to know if there is any way to prevent signups with email addresses from a particular domain. Thanks
-
Yes they do. A handful of our customers do request for hosting durations ranging from 3-5years. They probably feel our prices are too good to be true, so they want to take "full" advantage.
-
The highest duration I can find on the hosting options is Bi-annual. How can I setup a hosting plan duration longer than that? Thanks for your assistance.

Like I said earlier, I did not experience this when using version 3.8. I was thinking V4 will have an option, like plesk does, that says: "Allow IP changes during one session"
-
Since I upgraded to V4 of WHMCS, i am unable to stay logged on for 10 straight minutes because my login session expires the moment my IP changes. How can I solve this problem? Thanks

I am having the same problem sending with SMTP instead of PHP Mail(). I am using the mailserver of my Dedi Box but i keep getting: Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. My outgoing port is set to 25 because that is the default of my server. Do I need to change that port number? -
I am so shocked by the irresponsible actions of DirectI. The domain of a client of mine expired a few days ago and is still well within the 40day grace period for renewal. But my furious client just called me to ask why the parked content of his website is porn. This is so embarrassing. It is a church website for goodness sake. How could DirectI be so inhumane?

Hello Guys, I am about to migrate my WHMCS to a PHP 5/MYSQL 5 server; so I was just wondering if there are any issues one should anticipate during the process. Thanks.

Hello, Is there a way to automate a task what will delete or cancel all pending orders that have not been paid for after a specified amount of days? Thanks
-
Under the "Products and Services", Click on "Module Settings" and Make sure that you specify the "WHM Package Name" correctly.

Hello everyone, I want to have our various bank Transfer options listed when a client is placing and order. So I tried to duplicate the Bank Transfer module, but the replicated copy failed to work. How do I go about this? Thanks

My WHMCS cronjobs are no longer working since I upgraded my php. It simply sends a report saying: "No input file specified." What do I do? Thanks

Sometimes a customer might have a specific need for the amount of money he has in his credit account. How does one prevent newly generated due invoices from automatically removing funds from the Credit account? Is there a way to switch automatic use of credit funds off?

Problem solved! Re-uploading the Registrar module resolved the issue. So I guess it was a case of corrupt data.

Whenever I try to register a domain since I upgraded to 3.6.1 yesterday, I get a response that says: What do I do?
-
That is exactly what was on my mind.

Why would one want hourly billing at this era when some major webhosts are billing for a decade?
