  1. When I create a customer in WHMCS, and then attach a service, they are both created in Plesk. However, if I try to suspend the account from WHMCS, WHMCS thinks it succeeded but in Plesk it failed. The reason it failed is the id's used by WHMCS to identify the customer and domain to not match those used in WHMCS. After creating the service in WHMCS I received and email saying the Client ID was 5 and the Service ID is 6. When WHMCS tries to suspend the account, it passes 5 and 6 in the request. However, Plesk has different IDs assigned. In Plesk the customer ID is 8 and the domain/subscription is 7. How do I get the ID's back in sync, and why did they get out of sync in the first place?
  2. Did you find a solution to this? I am having exactly the same problem. It seems whmcs shows as connection is ok to plesk server, but no customer has been created in plesk when the customer was created in WHMCS.
  3. @FutureX Did you find an answer to installing WHMCS standalone? I also have a single Plesk server and then read you cannot provision to the Plesk server that WHMCS is installed on. You can install it on Plesk, but cannot provision to the same server, where cPanel does not appear to have this limitation.
