Problem solved. We paid WHMCS to integrate TPP Internet for us and the service from TPP has been brilliant. Have used them for years now, after trying Enetica ( very bad support). Bottle ( same issue with support). Aust Domains ( too long with answers) and a couple of other samll registrars or resellers. Check the API out in your admin , indtall and register with TPP. They even bulk transfer all your domains and check the operation and process for you. We had duplications during the initial testing and they simply refunded immediately with no questions or delays. Your alternative si to pay WHMCS to write up the API for you with Enetica but I would look long and hard at their support and costings. Shane Thorpe Aussie Interconnect

Hey George, Thanks for the effort buddy. I have located the "orders" as you suggest but that only applies to that order and doesn't set up the client with the relevant affiliate for future orders. Hey George I have opened an existing Invoice and checked all Tabs for possibility. Summary, Add Payment, Options, Credit, Notes, Printable Version and Download PDF and no where can we add an Affiliate to this order. The requirement is to add the Affiliate to the client so the Affiliate will receive permanent ongoing trail commissions for any orders placed by that client, not just one invoice at a time. Hey Si, Thanks for the try. I have looked at this and there is no where I can see to add a referring affiliate to an existing customer, anywhere. I ahve opened an existing invoice and checked all avenues I can see but no joy. I believe it can only be done when the original account is created which obviously doesn't work if a client has been created and the referring Affiliate needs to be detailed at a later stage. Might have to head to Matt on this one

Can anyone tell me how to add an Affiliate to an existing customer. We have searched for ages and can't figure it out. This is for an existing client to have the referring Affiliate added to them after the account has been created, not Activate an existing client into an Affiliate for payment etc which is already part of the system on the Summary profile.

We had many previous dealing from o/s without any satisfaction as actually purchased WHMCS as a last resort before heading local to a developer. Without hesitation Matt and crew have responded and rectified any issues we had, albeit most if them minor and created due to our lack of knowledge or processing. Cannot speak highly enough of these guys. Being on the other side of the world and to have immediate answers and service - what more could anyone ask for. Brilliant
