Hi, So I received an inquiry using Contact Us. The problem is that I only receive the message and subject. I cannot see the Name, Email address How do I get the customer name and email when using contact us? Thanks

Hi, It says here to create cron job for /usr/bin/php -q /home/user/public_html/crons/cron.php for every 5 mins. But now, I am getting emails every 5 mins regarding I dont get it. If the cron job has to be run for every 5 mins, then why there is an error that I need to run it within the time given scheduling? I tried not running the job and I dont get any email notification from WHMCS at all.. I dont get it. I dont even see the email template anywhere in WHMCS so I can just disable it

I'm sorry to hijack this thread. But I have the same dilemma. Not really sure what to use if setup with First Payment or setup when manually accept pending order. As mentioned in this thread, the order will remain pending even if it is paid and I understand the logic as mentioned by DAN. However, this is my problem, when the account has been setup, and payment has been completed, and when I tried to accept the order, I get an error saying that the account has been already created. Therefore, I am unable to accept any paid order.. I am not sure if this is a problem with WHMCS or with the module I use. By the way, I use CWP with their own WHMCS module.
