Hey Shane, We are having an issue where renewal invoices are getting attached to clients new orders. The client pays for the renewal, but the invoice that should have been attached to the order is not getting paid for. From your admin order view, take a look at the invoice and make sure the domain on the order and the invoice items match. It could be that you are experiencing the same issue.
