I have only used WHMCS for 3 months now so I have a lot to learn.

Hi, I hope someone can help, the serverstatus.php shows lists uptime correctly but the online status shows as down. I have included the output from /status/index.php under Server Name for each server. How do I correct the issue? Thanks, Rudolph
