  1. The site is shamelesshosts.com You can contact them at staff@shamelesshosts.com
  2. How is using a nulled license, ripped design, a mistake/error? Where has he listed sites for ripping content, when they are using royalty free images? To answer bear's question, as kdisk said, I am not the owner of the site, just a reader. I really fail to see the reasoning for all the negativity. If some one rips (as in steals) another hosts design, or uses a nulled script (again, as in steals), then why not name and shame them.
  3. Actually 2 hosts have been removed. If it is a licensing error, or you where provided with an invalid license by your reseller, and you can prove it, he will remove the entry.
  4. The only way you would get listed on there is if you ripped someone's design, or used nulled scripts (nulled whmcs for instance). So, as a legitimate business, you would not get listed
  5. Well here's a site you do not want to get listed on:D http://shamelesshosts.com/
  6. We have just had a new site design, and whmcs integration done. What do you think? Site: http://hostorca.co.uk WHMCS: http://hostorca.co.uk/portal/
  7. You can try this http://www.blisstonia.com/software/WinMD5/ not used it myself though. You will need to download the original files from here, then compare them with the files from your site. If you have modified any files on your site though, like templates, then they will not match. Even after doing this, I would still delete your files off your server and upload fresh copies, and check your database aswell. You need to find out how the hacker got into your website first though. It is a waste of time sorting the site out, if you do not close the hole.
  8. No, you are not allowed to store cvv numbers
  9. It is against visa/mastercard rules to store the CVV number. There is no way around it. If you are caught by visa/mastercard storing CVV numbers your merchant bank will terminate your account.
  10. I agree. Adding knowledgebase articles on third party scripts like Joomla and Wordpress is good, as it will cut down on support requests, and clients will find them useful. I have not bought your knowledgebase yet, but I am planning to in the next couple of days. I fail to see what the complaint is.
  11. I fail to see how it is missleading, or, against the ASA's rules. There are numerous companies out there, including big companies, that advertise the same way. Regardless, if your so petty about it, take it up with Matt via a ticket, or don't buy it. Simple.
  12. It is perfectly legal to display prices including/excluding vat. If you are vat registered then you would pay the non-vat price, if your not then you would pay the product price + 20% VAT. As you are in the UK you have to pay VAT, if you do not want to, then take it up with the government (and good luck with that).
  13. $89.95 plus 20% VAT (value added tax). So, the answer will be no as they have to charge you vat.
  14. Factor the gateway charges into your product prices. Simple.
  15. In your modules folder put another folder called support. /modules/support/ Then try again, you might have to refresh the page.
  16. You can use any currency you want to. You set the currency in the admin config section.
  17. Yes it will stop working or less you purchase a license.
  18. Try reading the docs http://wiki.whmcs.com/Main_Page
  19. It's added to the email by the server as stated above. The only way it can be removed is for your supplier to change the setting. If they are not prepared to do that then you are stuck with it.
  20. The best thing you can do is contact whmcs sales. They will be able to look into it for you. No one here is going to be able to answer you.
  21. I'm waiting for version 271. It makes you a cup of coffee automatically
  22. It's not in General Settings >> Other It's in General Settings >> Security
  23. I beleive the free enom account from whmcs is only available to direct customers of whmcs, not to clients who purchased/received their whmcs licenses from resellers.
  24. You need to register the ssl certificate to the domain or sub-domain you want secured. If you register yourdomain.com then https://yourdomain.com and https//yourdomain.com/anyfolder/ will work but https://www.yourdomain.com will not as http://www.yourdomain.com will not as it is classed as a different domain as far as ssl certificates are concerned. You also need a dedicated IP address for your domain. While you could decide not to use a ssl certificate, you will loose a number of orders. I for one would never place an order with someone who did not have a ssl certificate.
