  1. Brian, you are a STAR! Worked perfectly for me as Admin logged in as Client. Let's hope WHMCS address this with a patch.
  2. Brian, thank you so much, I'll try that. As a 'newbie' is there any chance you can send me the 'dl.php' file that worked for you?
  3. Hi Guys, Since the update to v.8+ my clients cannot download their invoices. Whenever they click on 'download' it goes back to an endless loop of the 'login' screen. Does anyone have any ideas?
  4. Thanks John, I'll reply to all your helpful replies here, with a single 'BIG thanks'.

  6. Hy Guys, When viewing the admin area as a client, if I try to change the password for one the Product domains, it just 'fails'. Does my client need to be a Reseller to have this functionality? regards Andrew
  7. Hi Guys, I have pricing in 4 currencies, depending upon the market and would like to use a dedicated bank account per currency, for example priced/billed in GBP, this bank, billed in AU$, this account, billed in US$, this account. Is this possible? Thanks and regards Andrew
  8. Hi guys, I'm running several A2 reseller accounts where my packages are automatically allocated prefixes, like with websupport_2Gb or websupport2_2Gb, websupport3_2Gb depending on the server, but as a 'product' in WHMCS they are all a standard 2GB product. I'm getting the message that these accounts cannot be imported because the package doesn't exist in WHMCS. I need anyone to be able to buy a standard, for example, 2Gb 'package' and it will allocate the order to the next available server, regards of what the package 'prefix' is. I'm pretty sure this is a common request/issue but I'm a newbie. Any advice on how to handle this please folks? Thanks and regards AndrewJ
  9. Hi Guys, New WHMCS user and first post so please be gentle with me. I want to be able to show invoices 'coming due' in, say, the next 7 days in a client's dashboard, preferably with an email to the client saying 'a new invoice due on XXth is now available in your dashboard'. I've searched the docs but only see 'Invoice Early' but I don't want to change the 'Due Date, just when they see the invoice. I'd like to achieve something like that which i receive form my own hosting company, as an example, which I receive 14 days before the due date. "Andrew, Thank you for choosing XX Hosting. We appreciate your business! We would like to notify you that a new invoice has been created for services from XX Hosting. Please find the details below. If there is a valid credit card on file it will be charged automatically on the due date. If not you can make payment manually by logging into My A2 Hosting. Can anyone help please? Thanks and regards, AndrewJ
