  1. Hi @WHMCS John i am unable to open a ticket to contact support team as i don't have a whmcs login account as i haven't purchased my licence directly though the whmcs website. regards scott
  2. figured id jump in a say hello. so hello whmcs im fairly new to whmcs so just getting my bearings and getting everything setup.
  3. Hi i have updated recently to 7.5 and now i am unable to access the admin panel associated with my whmcs install. when i try access the admin panel i am met with a INVALID LICENCE prompt screen and i cannot progress any further. my licence key was purchased through a third party host/whmcs reseller i have raised a ticket with them and as yet im waiting for a reply from 2 weeks ago i thought someone here may have a suggestion to correct the error. i can still access whmcs i am just unable to access the admin site to setup prices, accept orders etc. anyone any ideas ? i have spent days trying to google the fault but am unable to find anything that result is me progressing any further.
