Dragify website hosting and builder is becoming a nightmare! I've purchased my domain and pointed it to the correct nameservers , however, I get no search results as if the domain was never registered or purchased. Tickets get answered within 3-5 days which is frustrating and I need my site up for business purposes and have a deadline. Can anyone help, please!

How do I publish my website ? I've followed all steps and successfully received a confirmation both in c panel as well as under Publishing details. However when I go to the URL or my free domain it says the site can not be found and it's not published?
