  1. Hello So we are on the edge to have moved everything over to WHMCS from before only have used WHM/cPanel stand alone, so it is no secret that we are excited to get the renewal and up/downgrade automated so we can focus on other things. 😄 Our goal is to provide premium hosting at a bit less than premium. 👨‍💻 If you have any tips or tricks that makes addons that is a must have to improve the experiance of WHMCS please let me know! 👨‍🎓 Best regards Bejamin | Karlog-IT shop.karlog-it.com
  2. Hello I have imported a bunch of clients to WHMCSfrom my WHM/cPanel setup, some of these needs to be linked to an affiliate to automate the calculation. (Some of the clients are "affiliate" but was created before we moved to WHMCS, the deal is that the affiliate bonus are recurring) I have found out that you can add an affiliate to orders places by the documentation, but I am unable to figure out how to generate an order on the existing product to be able to assign an affiliate account. Best regards Benjamin Karlog
  3. I could not agree more. For some reason. Do we have an area on the community for change requests?
  4. Hello ChrisD I got some help from the support and solved the problem. I had the "Auto Terminate/Fixed Term" setting set to 30 on some of the product packages, but I did not expect it to have any effect as I had disabled the "Enable Termination" setting. So now I do not understand what "Enable Termination" does, but I have at least got my cronjob working.
  5. Hello I am new at WHMCS and are trying to get my setup working. (I am atm finishing up translating email templates to Danish and product listing) I have an issue that I have been unable to solve. When I run the WHMCS cronjob all imported cPanel accounts gets terminated, and I am sure that I just need to change some setting or something, but I have several times deleted all the accounts on my system with WHMCS installed. (At least I got some disaster restore training, great to know that your backup works.) I have tried untick "Enable Termination" from "Automation Settings" and the cronjob still terminated all the imported accounts. How do I import accounts from WHM without getting them all terminated? Best regards Benjamin Karlog
