  1. So I've headed to the WHMCS - Domains/TLDS page at http://mysite.com/admin/configdomains.php. I ticked the column for the domain i want to update. Then in the Bulk Management section i've updated the prices and hit Save. It asks me to confirm that I want to do that. I say yes. But when I go a look at the price inside existing client accounts it still says the same prices as before. What am i doing wrong?
  2. Recently emails have started going out with <<ContactID_To.FName>> <<ContactID_To.LName>> in the place where the name should be. This seems to have happened after a recent update. We were on 8.3.2 when this issue was happening.
  3. I have an issue where WorldPay doesn't support the SNI technology that CloudFlare uses in it's SSL certificates. I need to change just the callback URLs to use http instead. I could manually set the callback url inside the WorldPay interface but it only give space for one callback url and WorldPay uses two different ones depending on if they pay with futurepay of regular worldpay. http://mydomain.com/modules/gateways/callback/worldpayfuturepay.php http://mydomain.com/modules/gateways/callback/worldpay.php What can I do?
  4. Seems WorldPay doesn't support CloudFlare's SNI method of their free SSL. Either have to upgrade to a paid certificate or switch the callback to HTTP.
  5. Worldpay has stopped work for us. Payments are failing with this message. Error reported: Callback to: https://mydomain.com/modules/gateways/callback/worldpay.php: failed CAUSED BY Received fatal alert: handshake_failure
  6. Ok, fixed that by displaying errors. I still had the payoffline.php file in gateways. What can I replace that with though as i need to deactivate it?
  7. I have been getting failing worldpay payments since upgrading to 7.5.1 and when I go to the payment gateways page in the admin it says... Oops! Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request. Please go back to the previous page and try again.
  8. I used the automated update feature for the first time, updating from 7.4 to 7.5.1. I now have a blank page on the main dashboard. All the subpages work fine though. I followed this guide I found but I don't get any reports of the same SQL error. http://help.whmcs.com/m/72132/l/797626-troubleshooting-a-blank-admin-dashboard-after-update
  9. Hi @WHMCS ChrisD I have not yet managed to fix this issue. I have the supported software versions and error logging is no help sadly.
  10. I am long overdue an update because I keep hitting this issue. So far - I've updated the ioncube loader to version 6 for PHP 5.6 before trying to update. I meet all the system requirements I've check if file permissions change and they all seem the same as the original files I've deleted the .htaccess file just incase I've check the memory limit which is 256MB. I'm out of ideas as to why all pages show a 500 error when I try to run the update.
