Sam at tech support sorted this out for me and it was an oversight on my part. Have you set your site url to redirect to your bare domain i.e. from www.domain.com -> domain.com or visa versa - does this correspond to the site address you have set under WHMCS General Settings?

I'm seeing the same issue, no errors reported in server logs - have raised a support ticket.

Good to see such an active forum. I'm an old techie who started out with systems such as Digital Vax Clusters , PRIME, Unix variants (Ultrix, Zenix etx), IBM Systems 38, IBM xt Workstations. That was all before Microsoft took off and the first INTEL x386 processor had just arrived. Backups were saved to tape or DAT, coding was punch cards and hard disks were the size of dustbin lids. Now I tend to forgot things and need help with this stuff from time to time.
