Hello,
Ticket support is not working on my WHMCS install. I have edited the default department and added the following details for email:
hostname:pop.yandex.com
POP3 Port: 995
Email Address: support@domain.com
password: my password.
I run the cronjob to fetch pop3 email accoint and it returns:
POP Import Log
Date: 25/03/2017 14:50:39
Host: pop.yandex.com
Email: support@domain.com
Mailbox is empty
I have sent 3 emails from 3 different addresses to support@domain.com but it's not working. All 3 emails are unread on inbox. Log is empty on whmcs.
Can you help me troubleshoot?
