  1. We have thousands of domains with enom and our support tickets are usually answered within 15 minutes, depending on complexity. I think the longest we have waited for a reply in the last few months was 45 minutes.
  2. Is there a way to disable a product from new orders? For example, our sale has ended but links are still out there so people can still order them and it creates extra work and hassle to go through, cancel/change them etc…
  3. Yea, but that was months ago, when they switched from PHPBB to vBulletin.
  4. Exactly. Follow their TOS and you won't have any issues. They don't just randomly suspend accounts without a reason.
  5. Ok, got it working with a few kinks. http://secure.pc-core.net/knowledgebase/13/75/How_do_I_login_to_my_VPS_Power_Panel_(VZPP).html 404 error. http://secure.pc-core.net/knowledgebase/13/87/Are_iptable_modules_supported_on_vps_Can_I_install_APF_firewall.html Works. Why do some work and some not? Also, the links like this: Knowledgebase You are here: Support > Knowledgebase > Managed VPS and Dedicated Hosting > Managed VPS They are relative, how do I fix this to absolute values, they give 404 errors when you try to go back to the category. I don't want to use SEO for the categories.
  6. Anyone else figure this out? I still can't get some orders to go through.
  7. Hey, Here is our integration, tell me what you think http://secure.pc-core.net/index.php
  8. I won't be switching to anything other than Kayako, if we did switch. I don't like the idea of the client having to go to 2 seperate systems to manage their account, I would rather have it all in one place.
  9. I always wondered that, I was thinking of switching but wasn't sure exactly what benefits it would provide.
  10. 1.) Just leave it empty. 2.) Yes, that is correct.
  11. You can just edit the template for it.
  12. The count shows the total tickets in all departments, if there is open tickets in departments you don't have access to in your Admin Permissions, they will still show in the total ticket count.
  13. 1.) Yes 2.) Haven't tried, but I assume yes. 3.) Just skip that, in your reseller center, create a reseller, and under permissions, create an ACL list template, and enter that along with the space etc limitations into WHMCS. I just found out all this last night after submitting a ticket, I googled and googled and it took me forever to figure out how to make an ACL list, because without it, it creates the account but it doesn't have any permissions to do anything like create accounts etc. Anyways, hope that helps.
  14. Just attempt to register a domain and see if it goes through, just don't pay for it and cancel the order.
