Hi! I'm hoping someone here can give me some guidance, please. I have a large number of accounts that get moved to the "completed" status instead of remaining as "active" and thus, don't rebill when the term of their hosting is up. I have needed to go through manually and look at past invoices to see which ones don't line up with what came in so far this year and manually recreate the invoices - not done through a CRON job or otherwise automated. Does anyone here know how to prevent ANY accounts from going to "completed" status and remain as "active" for billing purposes? Thanks so much, in advance, for your help! Jennifer

Hi! I'm relatively new to WHMCS and am used to what WHMAP did for billing, so maybe my question is irrelevant, but I'm hoping I can figure out a way to get my billing working a lot better than it is right now. In WHMAP, my platform automatically generated invoices for clients and put the billable transactions into an "Authorize.net batch" which I was then able to hit "include" to process charges. I don't know how to get payment information - whether through Auth.net or via WHMCS directly to be able to process the charges - by each client. I found how to record a payment, but not how to automate the invoicing and billing of the services. Can someone possibly guide me as to how I can setup the billing and automated payments? And even better, would WHMCS automatically process payments on the 1st of the month for clients on monthly billing? Thanks so much! Jennifer

I don't know how to get the WHM plans and associated pricing to work with the WHMCS services. When I had WHMAP, the page was able to load based on having a backend order entry system in WHMAP to board accounts, record card data and billing renewal periods along with any other items that needed to be sent to WHM for the hosting account to be configured and setup. How do I do that now with WHMCS? How do I get the "signup" process to work properly? Thanks! Jennifer

I have WHMCS installed (v 6.3.1), but I don't know how to do the following very important items: 1. Get the WHMCS integrated into my site for sign-ups, etc 2. Migrate the client database from WHMAP (which is now looking like it's defunct) so that I can get those clients into WHMCS for billing/management of the business Thanks! Jennifer

Hi! I am currently running WHMAP (installed an old version of WHMCS), but cannot seem to get WHMAP info to WHMCS and not sure how to get the WHMCS platform to work properly.
