Hi This appeared after I changed the timezone in General Settings. I then went into the configuration file changed it there. Then I got a Critical error so c hanged it back to utf8. Still get the oops message. The system is also in maintenance mode so I can't get to admin or client area. Please assist. Many thanks Chris
