  1. Hello, Off late my customers are all complaining that the product welcome e-mail is not parsed properly. They can see all the HTML codes used in e-mail template! See this - http://i.imgur.com/eUAycFR.png How do I fix this? Regards, S
  2. Hello, I've a weird issue with Cron Jobs on my WHMCS Licensed site. When the system runs the cron job it is stuck mid way at processing Invoice Reminders. But, when I manually run it by opening the cron.php file via browser it runs fine! Is there anything you can suggest to fix this? There is no harm in running the cron job manually every day, but why do it when the system can do it for you?
  3. You should try disabling the Session IP Check under Setup > General Settings > Security tab, that would help if your IP address changes frequently. It could also be a browser issue - try clearing cookies, cache etc and see if it works. Also try using another browser / system.
  4. I am not sure about the importing but if clients e-mail support directly why don't you enable e-mail piping so a ticket is auto-created every time a new e-mail is received by a registered client? Read more about it here - http://docs.whmcs.com/Email_Piping
  5. The failed e-mail does say WHM username is missing, have you checked it in the module? Probably a typo error or something?
  6. cPanel acts weird sometimes. Try clearing your system cookies / cache and try accessing the shortcuts again. Also, ensure your browser version is the latest. You can also try accessing these from another browser / computer just to ensure it is not a local issue.
  7. Is the GD library and php version on your server the latest? If not, try updating them and then see if it fixes the issue.
  8. It's sad that you have to pay for priority support. The regular tickets take lot of time, probably they do it just to frustrate you so you pay!
