Hi,
I HAVE USED this license on my domain but it was suspended in a day for wrong IP.
The problem is i was hosted with skynet hosting before and i had a WHMCS license free from their side, i recently moved to hostgator and got another license key from WHMCS sign up, i believe thats what prompted a duplicate license key issue.
I asked SKYNET to cancel my old license key issued to this domain name.
i hope you understand this is an ecommerce business and i can not reply to clients without accessing admin panel which is not possible without license keys.
I moved to hostgator and signed up with you for a license but it did not accept domain so i used IP and i got a license but it was suspended after 24 hours and then i told hostgator support about this, they said i should try signing up again using same IP as they have somehow forced the IP to be accepted.
I did it as told and then it showed domain blacklisted.
Can you please tell me what's going on with the license key please check and correct it. Please reissue this license key as i am using this with the same domain hosted with hostgator reseller.
Please help.
