  1. I have a ticket open with this already. [Ticket ID: CPQ-632116] This occurs in the Admin area. Not when I register a domain or perform any transactions. If you would send me a private message I will gladly supply you with login details. The issue is when I try to add additional domain products with different registrars.
  2. I even went and disabled FreeNom as a Registrar and assigned the domains to Enom. Once I did that, I could not change them to another registrar. For some reason, it is stuck on only allowing one, no matter what I can think of doing. I have been playing with different settings and values all day.
  3. Yes. I re-uploaded the WHMCS files. Somehow when I did the install/update it didn't overwrite all of the files. Thanks.
  4. I am using the following Registrars [FreeNom, NetEarthOne, and Enom]. I have setup most of my domains to use FreeNom (as its usually a whole lot cheaper). When I go to add another domain with a different registrar or try to modify a domain already listed as FreeNom; after I click the save button it will not save. I can not change the Registrar value from Freenom to anything else nor can I add another registrar other than FreeNom.
  5. On the Checkout Page, it will not allow me to enter a 4 Digit CCV2 Code from American Express... It restricts the field to a 3 digit value. For saved cards, it does ask you to validate the Security Code from the card which is 4 digits and you can not put more than 3 in the form. I do apologize, it would not let me edit the post title to [unconfirmed].
  6. I would like to try this as well. It looks really good and I appreciate the screen shots. I like the way that you have set it up so that its nice and simple with regards to being able to easily integrate it into a custom theme. If you could PM me a link or e-mail me I would really appreciate it. corey.martin@mycommon.net Thanks, Corey
  7. You may want to check out the other forum thread here as it contains links to a list of common carrier e-mail links and an ongoing development into SMS and WHMCS http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=16900
  8. Zeep Mobile is a free provider of SMS services and has an API. I currently use it for my Kayako SMS Service. Perhaps we could use the free service provider as an alternative to BulkSMS as overhead is a major issue for a lot of users. Besides, why pay for a service when a free one is available and just as good?
  9. On my main website and even inside my custom cPanel skin I can get the following code to properly display. <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.startssl.com/seal.js"></script> I have tried placing it in header.tpl of my template and even placing it inside of {literal}{/literal} tags. I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong or not because my live help image is a javascript and it works just fine? Any ideas? FIXED!!! DA Mistake... All script tags must be placed under the /body tag
  10. Oh well! I just commented on your other post! Glad you found a solution to your problem though! The hardest part is getting everything set up; after that hopefully its a cake walk. The only thing is in this industry development never ends and idle hands make for lots of new inventions to get out to market .
  11. Nick, One thing that I did was in the Back End where you can specify URL's of your installation I made both URL's be https://. There are a few plugins on the forum that do mod_rewrite to force SSL if you want to go that route. If you are trying to use some form of integration code from the Integration Menu you should go into the code and manually change the action= location to be the full https:// address. Hope that helps!
  12. Nice Flash and Graphics Very Eye Candy!
  13. Personally I prefer to use MyBB I tried my own integration with actionhooks but gave up shortly there after. It would definately be nice to have that as an option on the checkout or user register page maybe even an ajax username check?
  14. Here is the screen shot of what it looks like inside the actual client area after you login. I decided to remove the demo account that I set up because we are being audited for PCI compliance by our merchant processor soon. Pleas share your comments!
  15. We choose to use Kayako because it is a more dedicated support suite. We like the ability to have SMS notifications, multiple departments, customizable ticket statuses, and the advanced features of being able to Sync with Outlook are impeccable. Its kind of like getting a brand new computer, although it has IE built in we all go get firefox. The support in WHMCS is a great feature, don't get me wrong but personally I think of it more as an excellent billing system. Plus with kayako we can have different support portals for different groups and we also use it internally at the office for inter-office support. Yes, I agree the SSL was a test we have went through StartSSL (not that money was an issue we bought the full Kayako lol!) we really like their support and the price is great. We (I) am personally validated with a Class 2 Cert and my company (LLC) is being validated as well. The only limitation is that they are not supported in 100% of browsers; mostly just not IE. (Not trying to advertise for them lol) But they do offer free SSL certificates for websites so if you are just starting out or want to get up quickly and don't have the cash you can get a Free SSL certificate from them. They will be releasing their EV (Extended Validation) certificates within the next couple months (already on sale for under $200 US) for multiple domains! So by then they will be in IE's root store by default! As far for my site we are updating it daily. I was waiting for the cPanel Integration mod from Jason but decided that I had some free time. It is relatively easy to modify your branding in WHM for those of you who haven't done it and have basic HTML skills. Add a custom header, footer, and even some support links to your cPanel and make it personal. I have attached a few screen shots notice the close integration with my billing and support as well as website. As far as a CMS to manage your website we opted to go with phpwcms its very flexible and easy to use. I have updated the links to my site and integrations for those who are interested and want to give an opinion. I have also attached a few screen shots of my cPanel "Integration". Since we have started to use phpwcms we decided to drop all the subdomains (plus it makes it more SEO friendly from what I understand) As well as for when we have our EV Cert. WHMCS Integration - http://mycommon.net/mybill/'>http://mycommon.net/mybill/ Kayako Integration - http://mycommon.net/support/'>http://mycommon.net/support/ Website Based off of - http://mycommon.net/ I like the comments so far they are really helpful in the development process thank you very much. hostwes I like your logo by the way. I will post the screen shot of the logged in menu changes in a few minutes.
  16. This is my first contribution to the community. I hope you enjoy it. Show your customers that you are committed to their security. Display a message and image in your footer telling them they are on a secure page. You can see an example by going to my install and looking at my footer. I know the site may be a little messed up, I am working on the WHMCS integration with my site and its a work in progress. http://mybill.mycommon.net/index.php When you hover over the image and text it allows you to change to the HTTPS (SSL) version of the page. All you need to do is edit the footer.tpl file in your theme by placing the following code near the top of your footer. Below is the code from my footer to give you an example of how to use html and images inside php. if($_SERVER['HTTPS']){ echo ' <img alt="SSL (Secure Version)" height="48" longdesc="You are connected to the SSL (Secure) version of this page. Information you submit is encrypted for your protection." src="https://www.mycommon.net/images/ssl.png" width="48" style="float: left"> <strong>You are connected to the <em>SECURE </em>version of this page. Information you submit is encrypted for your protection.</strong>'; }else{ echo '<a href="https://mybill.mycommon.net/"> <img alt="Non Secure (HTTP) Version" height="48" longdesc="Non Secure (HTTP) Version - Do not submit confidential or private information. Please consider viewing the HTTPS (Secure) Version of this page." src="https://www.mycommon.net/images/http.png" width="48" style="float: left"> <strong>You are connected to the <em>NON-SECURE</em> version of this page. Please click here to be directed to our SECURE (HTTPS) version. For your safety DO NOT enter any confidential or personal information over a NON-SECURE connection.</strong></a>'; } You will want to enclose the above code in {php} {/php} tags so that it parses correctly within WHMCS. You can edit the text and images to suit your install. Below is the blank code to do it yourself. if($_SERVER['HTTPS']){ echo 'IF HTTPS SSL TEXT HERE'; }else{ echo 'IF HTTP NOT SSL TEXT HERE'; } Thanks, Corey
  17. Happy 2009 to you also Hope you had a good vacation. Just checking for the status of this? No rush, I've seen the screenshots and can definitely wait. Just wanted to try and get an ETA, this month next or what. Thanks,
  18. I would set up the package as billing annually as the amount you specify. Create a coupon code for a 100% discount and place that in your product description.
  19. Actually, I messed up in the language file somewhere.
  20. Hi The first thing you will need to do is to use cPanel to create a subdomain for clients.markspixel.com. After you do that you can move your whmcs folders and files to the new clients folder which will be in your public_html directory either via ftp or the file manager in cpanel. You will then need to have your license key re-issued for the new location. After your license is re-issued login to your admin interface which would be at clients.markspixels.com/admin (if you haven't changed it) Then go to settings and update your URLS to reflect the new location. Hope that helps!
  21. Well it appears that the system is already in place, a list of choices and gateways, all you really need is someone that can either make use of the actionhooks.php file or drop a module in. It's definitely something that has been suggested before and would be a great addition to the WHMCS platform.
  22. I was editing my template and files. I made a mistake on the clientdetails.php file somewhere. Can someone please look at the attached photo and point me in the right area as far as where to look for the messed up code? Thanks, Corey
  23. http://www.mutube.com/projects/open-email-to-sms/gateway-list/ Sorry, I should have provided this earlier. You may have to contact your carrier to request that the SMS/E-Mail Gateway be enabled for your individual account.
  24. You might run into a problem with that though if the host you are using has OpenBaseDir enabled. If your cron/pipe file is at /home/site1/public_html/whmcs/pipe file and you are trying to call it from a different cpanel account or from a different script in another account say /home/site2/public_html/whmcs/pipe file then it might fail due to security permissions?
  25. I can't speak for other carriers, although I am pretty sure this works across the board. With T-Mobile you can do: 12514585555@tmomail.net (number@tmomail.net) I am pretty sure that this works for other carriers as well using a different domain of course. Maybe someone could write a simple module based on this fact? Enter your phone number with no characters dashes or spaces, select your carrier, check yes to receive alerts? Another thing you may wish to consider is ZeepMobile (they are in beta but its free). I use it for my Kayako Ticket Alert SMS and its really nice. Free and easy!
