Its still resolving from old IP address from my side give it ten minutes.
Also are you using cPanel email? If you are not remove all imported DNS records except the A-Record and CNAME pointing to your website URL / IP address. Take a look at the attached image 'if cpanel email not being used.png' attached for correct DNS.
If you are using cPanel Email take a look at image for correct DNS.
Its important to remove unneeded entries to stop CF Reolvers getting your real IP address.

Just checked your domain with a Cloudflare resolver. Remove the following from Cloudflare DNS Settings:
cpanel.webexpert.co.za
ftp.webexpert.co.za
Only remove webmail.webexpert.co.za if you are not using cPanel email. Remember you will have to access cPanel using http://173.254.73.**:2082/ after you remove those entries. You will not be able to access it using: webexpert.co.za/cpanel
Thanks Ben.
Hi jubba890,
What 'SMTP SSL Type' are you using from the WHMCS backend?
Have you selected the correct 'SMTP Port' for the 'SMTP SSL Type' you are using in the backend?
Do your other applications that send email use the exact same settings as those selected in WHMCS?
Also are you running any firewall such as ConfigServerFirewall?
Seen as your 'Activity Log' shows you could not be authenticated maybe your Firewall (if you are using on) is blocking ports!
Thanks, Ben.
Hi CCSupport,
How did you get on with the install?
Try uploading the 'system_overview.php' file on its own if you just want to migrate the old install. See if you get any errors thrown at you then.
Also if you don't have many plugins / addons installed in the WHMCS you are migrating from just do a clean install and then a database import. Just make sure the version you install matches the version of the one the database is from. That would be an easy option.
Thanks, Ben.
Hi zubair,
I have just loaded your domain and it loads perfectly. On IP lookup though it seems you are not using Cloudflare, IP is owned by Unified Layer.
Did you make sure you changed your domains Nameservers after Cloudflare scanned your records?
To add to that JS issues which are very common issues with Cloudflare if you do get it working make sure you disable Rocketloader & don't make your CDN rules too strict.
Thanks, Ben.
Hi mmcguinness,
What payment gateway are you using?
Some of the Payment Gateways in WHMCS do not provide functionality to process Credit / Debit Card payments automatically on invoice generation. They will require the client to sign in and manually click the pay invoice button. Whereas others will let the client / admin select whether they want invoices to be automatically payed. So in insight it does depend what Payment Gateway you are using. That's why I asked
A really good link to check what API functions your payment gateway supports is here: http://docs.whmcs.com/Payment_Gateways
See if your Payment Gateway is listed there and click on it. You can see exactly what your Payment Gateway is capable of doing under 'Supported Features' section of that page.
If you let us know what Gateway you are using we can help you further.
Regards, Ben.
