Regarding customers with subscription, I want to only send a receipt without sending them New Invoices, Reminders, & Overdue Notices . When a customer has an active subscription, I think it creates confusion when they receive a new invoice, that shouldn't be paid because they have an active subscription. Currently, its either send all "Emails - New Invoices, Reminders, & Overdue Notices" or uncheck to send none, in Profile > Email Notifications. Is it possible to send receipt only?

Hello, I’ve set up WordPress hosting in WHMCS, configured to automatically install WordPress once payment is received. Here’s the setup I’m using: WHMCS > Products/Services > Module Settings > Install WordPress > Install Automatically Server environment: CloudLinux with cPanel/WHM Quota in WHM: Set to 50000 MB Everything else works fine, (cpanel account creation and system emails send out) although WordPress is not being installed, and I keep running into the following issues: WHMCS module debug log: Notice: fwrite(): Write of 25550047 bytes failed with errno=32 Broken pipe in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/wp-toolkit/plib/library/RemoteServer/Executor/Implementation/LocalExecutorHelper.php on line 103 Failed to write data to a file '/home/username/public_html/wp6705ad9a6b5bb3.25912662/wordpress-6.6.2.zip' under user 'username': cat: write error: Disk quota exceeded Even though I’ve set the disk quota in WHM to 50000 MB for the package, after performing a test signup (that fails), after I check the account, under WHM > List Accounts, and it shows reduced to 1 MB quota. I’ve tried: Manually modifying the quota in WHM > Quota Modification. Checking that the package settings have the correct disk space allocation. Verifying that the server disk usage is only at 47%, so it’s not a disk space issue. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with quotas not being applied correctly to new cPanel accounts in WHMCS? Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Admin dashboard fails to load every morning
Mike4286 replied to Mike4286's topic in Troubleshooting Issues
With Cloudlinux manager, I found out this is a daily whmcs database backup that's causing this issue. write(7, "INSERT INTO `tbllog_register` (`"..., 242) = 242 write(7, "INSERT INTO `tbllog_register` (`"..., 239) = 239 write(7, "INSERT INTO `tbllog_register` (`"..., 239) = 239 write(7, "INSERT INTO `tbllog_register` (`"..., 238) = 238 write(7, "INSERT INTO `tbllog_register` (`"..., 242) = 242 I now need to manually delete from the database. Hopefully, a cleanup tool to prune tbllog_register table will be available soon. -
Admin dashboard fails to load every morning
Mike4286 replied to Mike4286's topic in Troubleshooting Issues
That's interesting. I came across an older community post where incorrect permissions could be causing this issue. After checking my files, I found the configuration.php file had incorrect permissions. After making adjustments, its been working fine now for a few days. I will be keeping a close watch. Hopefully this works. -
Admin dashboard fails to load every morning
Mike4286 replied to Mike4286's topic in Troubleshooting Issues
The main cron runs at 5:00 am and completes at 5:03am from my logs. I don't believe its related to cron because I have this issue almost every day (95% of time) at 6,7, 8:00 am. -
Admin dashboard fails to load every morning
Mike4286 replied to Mike4286's topic in Troubleshooting Issues
If I'm not mistaken, whmcs has a cron that runs every 5 minutes. I never have troubles after checking/unchecking log errors and the panel loads decent for the rest of the day. I've had this problem even with PHP version 7.4. I searched everywhere and can't figure this out : / -
In footer of whmcs admin dashboard something loading
Mike4286 replied to Rk Barnwal's topic in Troubleshooting Issues
You might want to try right clicking and inspect in your browser. It could tell you what it is. -
Every morning between the hours of 5-7:00 am, I am not able to load the admin dashboard. It just hangs and loads forever and does not produce any errors. It just keeps "spinning" endlessly. The only way I could get it back working is by logging into cPanel > PHP Options > and checking/unchecking "log_errors" or "display_errors", in which it then immediately loads. It's perfectly fine for the rest of the day, until the next morning. I don't have any heavy cron jobs or backups running at this time. I'm running PHP version 8.1 and WHMCS Version: 8.8.0 Any suggestions?

SOLVED. - I discovered several domain extensions missing renewal prices in Domain Pricing.
-
After a recent upgrade to Version: 8.2.1, it appears that all upcoming domain renewals cannot be renewed within the client area and shows message *Domain Renewal Unavailable* with a total due balance of $0.00 USD, regardless of the price I enter in Client Profile > Domains > Recurring Amount. To be more specific, the clients have signed up for a one year hosting plan with free domain and at the end of the year, the client has the option to renew either the hosting, domain or both. This has worked flawlessly for many years until the recent update. If I understand correctly, the version 8.2.1 is now required to "bundle" the hosting with free domain, however what about all the current upcoming domain renewals? I have fiddled with all the settings and cannot seem to set a price for the domain renewal, as it always shows "Domain Renewal Unavailable - $0.00 USD Total Due Today. I do not want to offer free domain renewal. I would appreciate any help.

Yes it is indeed a Namecheap error. It doesn't appear to be an issue with our API as new domain registrations are working fine. I should also mention that we are using WHMCS Version: 7.8.3 The Module Log shows the same error presented in the client area. I hope this can be fixed with the next 8.1 update, regardless I will still contact WHMCS support to try and have this resolved. Thanks

Hello, The following message appears when signing in as the client and selecting the DNS Management option within client area. * An error occurred: [2030288] Cannot complete this command as this domain is not using proper DNS servers * I cannot seem to find much information with this error and all of our resold domains display this error. I have checked the DNS for most domains and they appear to be valid, yet they all show the same error when selecting DNS Management. I reached out to our domain registrar support and they cannot provide us with any answer/ solution. Can someone please help?

Creating new accounts fail after new server upgrade
Mike4286 replied to Mike4286's topic in Troubleshooting Issues
RESOLVED - It's working now. -
Hello, Recently I upgraded to a new server and WHMCS appears to be working fine, albeit when new accounts are created I receive the following message in Pending Module Queue. Module/Action: cPanel / CreateAccount Failure Reason: You must provide either an IP or Hostname for the Server I have gone into Products/Services > Servers and when I test the connection on new server, it shows "Connection successful. Some values have been auto-filled" . I'm using API Token. The old server is disabled. Also when I go to Products/Services > Edit Product and click on Module tab it displays "No server found so unable to fetch values". Could someone please help?

Hi, It would be great if you could allow us to reset all stats to zero in Link Tracking with a check box and select all, Reset to zero.

For the past few years, the green Pending Order Badge has always shown 2 pending orders, although there is none to be found. Even when I accept, cancel or delete all orders it always gets stuck at 2. It works fine when new orders are placed, and the numbers go up/down, although it always shows 2 Pending Orders, when there is actually none. Is there any fix to this? Im currently using Version: 7.8.1

I'm not quite sure which column(s) need to be added. -
I just recently noticed this error come up after upgrading to latest version ( Version: 7.6.1 ) and a customer also notified me the same error when trying to signup. Searched everywhere and cannot find a solution. Any help? Oops! Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request. Please go back to the previous page and try again. I have reproduced the error a few times (clicking test botton) and shows this in my logs: I'm not sure what to make of this. Would appreciate any help. Also, it appears the open support ticket link is not working on this site.
-
I'm not even able to open a support ticket as the link is not working. 😠 Where is the support ?
