I submitted a ticket on the 9th as urgent and am still waiting for a reply!, I am being overcharged for my monthly WHMCS licence and was promised the first month half price by licencepal which has not been honoured by yourselves. Now I am left with paying more for my licence per month and support from yourselves which is poor to say the least, compared to licencepal who I had no issues with whatsoever. Paying more and bad support? how does that work out? my ticket id is: NVH-462465
