  1. I'd actually looked into manually adding the card tokens into the database, but the server where my WHMCS is installed uses MariaDB instead of MySQL, and doesn't have the ability to change the block encryption mode. I was trying to come up with something based on the info in this thread: How to save the credit card_data and in whmcs database using stripe payment gateway. - Developer Corner - WHMCS.Community
  2. Yes if you contact the old gateway (Stripe) and tell them you want to migrate your card data to another gateway, they will reach out to them for you and provide them with the data in a secure format. Then the new gateway (Authorize.net) will do the import. You never actually have access to the card data. The whole process took about a week to complete. Unfortunately since I can't get the tokens into WHMCS, I still have to use Stripe for the clients that haven't re-entered their cards.
  3. Until recently I had been using Stripe as my payment gateway, so there is no local card data in my WHMCS, just Stripe tokens. However, I have migrated to Authorize.net, and am using the Accept.js gateway module. As part of my migration, Authorize.net imported the card data stored at Stripe into my Authorize.net account. Is there any way to link this card data to clients in my WHMCS? I would like to avoid asking for customers to update their cards when they are already stored in my Authorize.net account. Any help is appreciated!
  4. I am having this issue, but only at the bottom of the OAUTH login page. It's not showing up at the bottom of any other page. I've confirmed that Rocket Loader is disabled in CloudFlare (it was already disabled). Also tried Development Mode with no luck. UPDATE: I was able to work around this by editing the login.tpl file and adding this line at the bottom: <style>#lightbox { display:none!important; }</style>
  5. I have this same issue on my Blackberry Z10--I have a Passport coming in the mail tomorrow, so I guess that means it's a compatibility issue with the Android runtime that Blackberry uses. UPDATE: I actually found a workaround for this on my phone (Z10). If I install Google Keyboard, I can use that in Android applications rather than the default Blackberry on-screen keyboard, and the ENTER key works as it should. Not sure how this would impact the physical keyboard on a Passport, but I'll give it a try tomorrow and post an update.
  6. I received an update from WHMCS that they were able to duplicate the issue and have opened a bug case for it, but have no timetable for resolution.
  7. I updated just now to 5.1.15 and still have this same issue.
  8. After upgrading from 5.1.13 to 5.1.14, we are having a couple of issues with mass mailing. First off, when choosing to send a "General" email using the Mass Mail Tool, recipients are listed at first, but after choosing to load a saved message, the following appears: No Recipients The criteria selected for this email has resulted in no recipients which means it cannot be sent All of the selected recipients are lost after loading the saved message. If I choose to paste the message or type from scratch, it immediately says the sending is completed but no emails are sent. Note that the mass mailing was working prior to the upgrade.
  9. I just started having this same issue after upgrading to 5.1.8/5.1.9 from 5.1.7. I'll even get logged out in the middle of ticket replies.
  10. I guess it's safe to say these guys are history at this point.
  11. We only use Enom and Resellerclub so that's likely why I only had the issue with Resellerclub. I have no idea why they fixed it for Resellerclub specifically with me if it's an issue with other registrars as well. They gave me the exact same format response for this bug that I found after upgrading to 5.1.8/5.1.9: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?76671-5-2-7-Unexpected-payment-method-value-Exiting
  12. I was provided a replacement resellerclub.php file for my 5.1.9 installation. Is your issue specific to Resellerclub?
  13. WHMCS support provided me with a patch to resolve my domain registration/transfer issues with Resellerclub, so if you haven't opened a ticket with them yet you should.
  14. What error do you get when you try to process? I had a problem with a .eu transfer yesterday, I believe the error was something like "not supported".
  15. I have a ticket open but have just gotten standard responses so far, first asking me to check the activity log for email delivery issues, and then asking me for login information to my WHMCS install. No actual resolution or progress so far though.
  16. I am having these same issues with 5.1.9 after upgrading from 5.1.7 (was working fine before the upgrade). I am using the Resellerclub module and am having these problems with .com domains as well as others.
  17. It looks like this module isn't functioning, and the website of the business isn't working: http://www.squanglegroup.com/ We are getting email reminders about a due invoice, but can't even access their website to pay it.
  18. Does anyone know what is going on with this company? The module stopped functioning for us, and they have not replied to our ticket in their helpdesk for a month now. I tried calling the "Ledger Group" on the telephone but they said the person responsible for the "hosting department" was on leave but would get back to me. That was weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything. The SSL certificate in their support area is expired, and none of the contact links on their hosting site work.
