Hello Brian Thank you for this great hook, the pending order and overdue invoice count seems to be perfect only issue is the ticket count, for some reason it doesnt match the one in the side bar and also the date/time doesnt show anymore on the top header Would appreciate any tips on how to add/correct these please Thanks again

We have been using this module Easywhmcs for very longtime, in the last year until this date, the creator of this module wont answer any open ticket There is no support for php 7 or latest whmcs 7.8.x Looks like its dead Basically all people including ourselves that bought and been using this module got through under the bus along with all the years of data

Hi, We update from 5.3.3 to 5.3.4 and our support center is gone, tickets, predefine replies everything, the only thing support related that is still there is knownledgebase , i have attached a snapshot for you to see it... All the tickets however still in the database but its not coming in whcms admin... Even if you try to send a ticket, it will give you a ticket number however it wont open it both ways for customer or the support time Please check this, all our clients are so frustrated and this critical issue for any company to not have support. - - - Updated - - - I have opened a ticket for over 9 hours now no reply, a second ticket and a 3rd and this is becoming ridiculous... You guys should invest more on support. I would rather go to a company that doesnt have all this whmcs feature and have support, then having all these feature and in emergency like today no one care to respond even!!!!!!
  6. HI We upgraded today to 5.3.4 and all our ticket system went dead, we open a support ticket, then a second support ticket then a 3rd and no one even care to respond... Do you know how much money we lost today just for this? If you decided to through out an update, Please test it first or at least make your people at support help fixing what this update cause I am really considering moving elsewhere after today, this is a risk to our business
