I am getting the following error when I use the Create button on a new order: Module Command ErrorYour system has run out of available IP addresses, or you do not have permission to use any more IP addresses. (Unable to find an IP address.) But I can't find where the account creation tool is configured so that it is not looking for an assigned IP address.

Decided to play around with the Affiliation set up. in General Settings -> Affiliates in the Affiliate Links window what is that link used for? Right now I just have the default <(a href="[AffiliateLinkCode]")>Your Referral Link<(/a)>

I have been looking for a relatively simple referral module where an existing client can generate a unique URL that they can give to others to use to sign up for hosting. When the new person signs up via that URL, both get rewarded for $x credit. Anyone know of such a thing?

I had the configuration service set up my system and import from whmautopilot. Seems like lots of things got left out. One thing seems very odd is that the default gateway for ALL invoices appears to be PayPal. I have very few PayPal payers. I can't find any place to change the default so I have been going in and changing it per client with due invoices but it would be a lot easier to reset the default and then change the ones I need to to PayPal or whatever.

OK. But why the website error? Not a confidence builder. I am new to the software.

I have tried several times to submit a support ticket but each time I get a page that says the server is unavailable. Very frustrating. Is there another way to contact this company? I tried the Facebook page but so far no response there.
