  1. This is not any bug. It is showing 2 registrars, because you have Directi registrar activated in your settings. You need to deactivate it from here: Setup > Products/Services > Domain registrar.
  2. Any solution? Anyone? I haven't even receive any reply from whmcs support.
  3. If you go to Configure, you will find a text field to enter email address and a message "Enter the email address notifications should be sent to". But it does not send any email, if I set this Registrar option for any domain extension, through the Domain Pricing.
  4. Please go to Setup > Products/Services > Domain registrar. Then you will find: Email Notifications:This module can be used for any TLDs that have no integrated registrar
  5. Hello, I am new in WHMCS. Can a client make partial payment? How can I set it up? Or how can I do it through admin panel? I need something like: Total price is $100. Client wants to pay in three steps : $40, $40, $20. They want to keep this data in the same invoice. I need to show it like: 1) For the first payment, invoice should list: Total Bill : $100 First Payment : $40 -------------------------- Total Due : $60 2) For the second payment, invoice should list: Total Bill : $100 Total Paid : $40 Second Payment : $40 -------------------------- Total Due : $20 3) For the last payment, invoice should list: Total Bill : $100 Total Paid : $80 Third Payment : $40 -------------------------- Total Due : $00 Is there any way to this? I need to do this through admin panel, as most of my customers pay offline Thanks.
  6. Hello, I have updated to the latest stable version (5.1.2) of WHMCS. This is great. But I have found few bugs. 1) When someone order a new domain (register/transfer), it should have automatically assign them to the saved registrar of that domain extension. But it is not assigning any registrar. When I go to pending order, I can see "Registrar: None" (please check the attached image), and need to save it manually by admin to work. 2) There is a new option of Email Notifications in Domain Registrars. It supposed to send email to the saved email address when client make any changes in their DNS or Domain, which are set to this Registrar. But It does not send any email. 3) When client makes any changes in Nameservers from client area, it shows a message "Changes Saved Successfully!". But actually it does not keep that data in the text field of Nameservers 1,2,3,4 etc (please check the image). Anyone else facing this problem? Any solution? Thanks.
