  1. I just re-uploaded all files instead of only Vendor folder and that resolved the issue.
  2. This occur to all email templates and all templates were working fine prior to upgrading version 7.3.0.   3. Hi Chris, Yes, these errors below displayed after enabling > General settings > Other>Display Errors and Log Errors. Otherwise would only show the 'Ooops' message.   4. I did re-upload vendor folder but I still have same problem see the result of the error log on my new post.
  5. Hi guys, I re-uploaded vendor folder and still get same problem and enabled errors log.   6. H Hi, I am getting the error when I try to send email to client using email tempalate. This is just upgrade to version 7.3.0. How to solve this issue? Oops!   7. Hi there, I just upgrade WHMCS 6.3 to WHMCS 7.1 everything seems to work OK apart from admin dashboard. The admin dashboard has not changed to WHMCS 7.1 version. It is stil showing old WHMCS 6.3 dashboard. However, if I checked 'System Health Check' page it appear to have WHMCS 7.1 dashboard. Please see attached screenshots and advise how to fix this issue.

    @zomex, thanks your reply help me to solve the issue. It turns out the 'Varnish Cache' on server side was causing the issue. After disabling Varnish cache my problem has gone!

    The WHMCS error logs does not show any error. Let me contact the server to find our regarding mod_security and I will report back.

    Hi guys, Since I upgraded WHMCS to ver 6.2.0 any saving will not show. Whatever I create manual invoice or amend details on existing invoice, quote, or edit email template etc..and save the item! The changes will not show straight away on all major browsers. For e.g if I duplicate an invoice and > 'marked Unpaid'> Save Changes> Will still showing 'Paid', Then, I have to wait for a few minutes or clearing a cache before I will see any of the changes take place. It is really frustration. How to fix this? Thanks.
  11. Mass email sending server 500 error

    Hi I activated the logs in admin area>settings>other>Display Errors but I'm not seeing any error when I access the WHMCS. Which other method can I see the error logs apart from cPanel>errors? I'm using shared server.
  12. Hi, I'm getting errors when I tried to send mass email message to my clients using WHMCS 6.2. When send batch of 25 for every 30 seconds I get the error below. The memory is 512mb located Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [/email] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. When I check in the cPanel >errors> I can only see the error below: [Wed Dec 23 12:43:46 2015] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xxx] File does not exist: /home/xxxx/public_html/500.shtml, referer: http://www.mysite.com/sendmessage.php I contacted server they said is WHMCS bug??? Not sure
