  1. Hello fellow forum members, I have a question about removing deactivated domain registrars. I switched from registrar 1 (which needed a custom module) to registrar 2 (which WHMCS supports), and gradually moved all my clients from registrar 1 to registrar 2. This was completed in mid-2015 (took 2 years to complete) and I deactivated registrar 1 in my list of domain registrars. I then removed all (or at least, I thought it was all) of the files/folders that allowed the custom module to be used. However, whenever a new domain is registered registrar 1 still appears as an option when I approve the order. When I look at the domain pricing list in the back end, it is there in the Auto Registration column (although every domain type is set to use registrar 2). I've looked through all the documentation that I can find, but I cannot figure out how to get rid of it, so that I've only got registrar 2 as the option. It's not a big deal, but obviously something is still set somewhere, and just for the sake of neatness I'd like to clean it up. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance. 2. Hi, It appears that this tool has been broken for at least two releases. Can you give any indication of when it is likely to be fixed? While you have provided two work-arounds, neither of them is ideal. Thanks.
  3. There are two work-arounds in this thread: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?76991-Can-t-get-Bulk-Pricing-Updater-to-work&highlight=bulk+pricing+updater. Neither of them is ideal for my situation, but they may help you.
