So far, I have updated WHMCS from v3.8.1 to v3.8.2 - then put in a ticket. I will be updating to v4 soon, hopefully that will solve the issue either way. Running PHP 5.2.6
I just found out that I am having the same problem too. Renewal notices sent to (Dear 6 6 6 ) customer who doesn't own them. While the customer who does - gets nothing!
Thanks for your reply Matt Wade.
I got it figured out. It was my stupid mistake. Uploaded the new image files in ASCII. Forgot to click the auto button!
After upgrading to v381 - I am not able to update domain pricing. The button for saving the changes is completely missing, plus the save and delete icons on the right of each line are not showing as well. At least those are still clickable, but the whole page seems to be corrupted.
I have a support ticket in on this, but was just wondering if other people have had a similar problem.
Thanks
BAJI26,
Yeah, I suppose that should say "mark paid" - at least when it is an "unpaid invoice".
I can't remember what it used to be like, but if you are adding a payment using the top tab, then you don't need a "mark paid" button.
I had the same problem with the domain registrar passwords. Noticed it when there was an error connecting and the name servers wouldn't show. Simply had to redo the passwords. So far, no problem with client passwords.
