The piping is working, so user can send email, and the email creates a ticket, then when the ticket is reply they get another email, and so on. They can reply via Email and via ticket system.. ALL nice music....
The problem is every mail they send to the piping addreses, any department. comes with the right answer from the auto-reply or the ticket actual reply, but a SECOND email with an error display, (see below) comes in to the user inbox, (not nice or good)
Same thing happends if the administrator uses the email, instead of the ticket system, to reply, admin gets a second email with error.
See error below, It looks (but I have no clue) that the server takes the message as not deliver??
