Hello, This is probably a daft question, but wanted to check before possibly buggering up my WHMCS install. I'm a reseller and the server I'm using is being upgraded. The new server will be exactly like the old (nameserver, dns zones etc) apart from an IP address change, When the WHM account migration is complete, can I simply change the IP address on server set up in WHMCS? or will this break something?? Previously I have manually moved each client/account to a new server set up in WHMCS and am hoping to not have to do that again 🙂

Since upgrading this morning to v7.2.2 the PayPal IPN is not working and showing a 406 error WHMCS Gateway logs show 'IPN Handshake Invalid' I have checked all setting and ensured charset is set to UTF-8 Can anyone help? Thanks

WHMCS v5.3.10 PHP 5.4 Links created from merge fields are no longer rendering correctly. For example I have this text in an email template: http://www.{$service_domain} It appears as the correct link in the email but when clicking on it, it goes to: http://www.%7B%24service_domain%7D/ This behaviour only started after upgrade to 5.3.10 & PHP 5.4 Please can you advise. Thank you very much for this module. Got it installed and working well. I only had one issue - when using the 'Cart' order form it took a very long time (as in minutes) for the client to see a 'Payment Confirmed' message, it looked like it was hanging but eventually the confirmation appeared. Error messages were instant. I swapped over to web20cart and everything is working as expected. Thanks once again and I hope this feedback is useful.

That would be fab. Have just found this thread after updating our email templates for the first time since the 5.1.2 upgrade and the new text editor is bloody awful! Span elements all over the place ..the html is basically a mess. Would be great to have an alternative!

Solved it!! I had put a -1 in one of the configurable options and that screwed with total product price. Set it to 0.00 and my world is now good again

Hiya, I am currently stuck using the 'Boxes' order form as have a problem with the price comparison part of the other order forms. This only occurs with the VPS products. Monthly price is set at £19.99 in WHMCS Products and Services When you go to Category VPS Servers on the order form, on the comparison page the price is shown as £18.99 When you select a product , click to continue you see your product at the correct price of £19.99 I have checked and checked again the price setting and can't see why this would happen. I've attached screen shots! Any help you can give would be much appreciated.

I resolved this by clearing browser cache and deleting all files in /templates_c

Hi folks, I'm a struggling n00b in this WHMCS world and have a quick question I will be offering my packages in different currencies - I have set up the currencies in WHMCS with GBP as base rate. So - domain pricing, when clicking on 'Open Pricing' it asks for prices in all my currencies & I'm a little confused!! Can WHMCS calculate the price of the domains not in my base currency for me based on a domain price in GBP (and if so, how) ...or do I have to calculate these all these prices myself and key them in for each TLD??
