  1. So does this mean clients cannot pay their Paypal Invoices as "one time" every month like many prefer to do or are Subscriptions automatically setup without any choice in the matter?
  2. I just would to thank Matt for the list of improvements in 3.2.1. It has many improvements that i have been seeking for some time now so thats great. One only criticsm is that when clients choose the option to transfer a domain it shows other domains with different extensions under it. What i mean it that if a client wants to transfer a domain, he doesn't need to see what others are availible! It also shows "Availible Now" but i think it should show "Confirm" or something similar. Other then that, a job well done!
  3. I also use it for Support Requests and New Orders.
  4. Silly question but did you clear the contents of the templates_c folder after you shifted it back?
  5. It does setup the account and package specified in WHMCS only if you have root access to your server.
  6. Does anyone know how to edit the card types in the Offline Credit Card payment Gateway? I only want VISA, Mastercard and AMEX in there.
  7. Your better off not displaying PHP info anyway. Remove it from the server status screen as showing your PHP version can in itself be a security issue for those how know about PHP exploits.
  8. "Invoice Unpaid Reminder - Enter the number of days before the invoice due date you would like to send a reminder " Shouldn't it be "Invoice Unpaid Reminder - Enter the number of days AFTER the invoice due date you would like to send a reminder" At the end of the day not every client can pay then next day and bank transfers can take several days. What we need is an option so we can specify say 5 days, before a reminder email is sent chasing up the payment. I have lost count how many people has asked me why i sent them a reminder the very next day.. They must think i'm desperate for money.
  9. I have to do the same thing also. This might be a good thing though as you usually need to apply an ACL to it anyway. It doesnt flag the client as a reseller and it doesnt add any of the Reseller Permissions at all! All it does it creates a normal hosting account, adds the quotas set to the reseller owner and adds the package name.. That's it!
  10. Hi, I don't know if i am allowed to post this or not so Matt, if it's not allowed please feel free to delete it. I am looking for someone (preferable USA) to assist me with my helpdesk support system. Unfortunaltey i cant stay awake 24x7 and i pride my business of fast support ticket turnaround. Perhaps the possibility of creating accounts is also on the cards. I use a live help system on my website plus WHMCS support ticketing system. So, i would love to hear from anyone is the USA (your awake when i'm asleep here is AUS) who would be glad to help out upon successful negotiation of rates etc. I don't think you would recieve many tickets at all but the Live Helpdesk System would beneficial as i have been recieving enquiries at all hours lately. Regards, Greg
  11. Hi, I dont use any of the built in API's to register domains but do it all manually through an Australian company but the question is will WHMCS send off an Invoice advising clients to renew their domain names still? I have configued each domain name in WHMCS with the date registered, date it expires and the due date (1 mth before). So will it still automatically send out the invoice 1 month prior to domain expiry? Greg
  12. I tried it again and it does work now however every single order that comes in also registers it as an affiliate sourced hosting job. Even after closing everything down.
  13. Thanks for the reply. Ok, i see the affiliate link. Thats fine and if the user clicks on it it takes them straight back to my website and adds a count to the referels total but i cant work out how a new client signs up via the affiliate link. Sure, it takes them back to my site but nothing changes and new orders are just per normal without any way of knowing they had been reffered orders so i cannot pay my client his share for the referrel. Is there a trick when a reffered order is placed?
