Hey jamie, I'm a very new client here. Between the forum here, the video tutorials, and a few google searches, I was setup in a few days. (Could have been sooner but my pride stepped in the way and I wanted to figure it out myself) lol. It is a bit frustrating but solving one problem, solves more. Bear is a genius and very helpful. I'm a web developer and new to hosting. My experience so far has been mostly positive.

Just out of curiosity, why does everybody show sample content in latin?

Hi all, I signed up for Authorize.net merchant account to be able to accept credit cards. They charge $10.00 per month for recurring billing. I have recurring billing setup in my packages in WHMCS. As such, do I still need to subscribe to Authorize.net recurring billing? Or will WHMCS automatically submit it. The extra charges were NOT mentioned when I signed up. I do have a paypal account setup, will it be enough? Thank you for your help.

Problem is solved but There is problems logging in to submit a support ticket. I log in with my credentials and it fails everytime.

It just doesn't recognize the certificate. Click "I understand the Risks" button and it'll ask you to permanently accept the acception.

Problems are solved. To fix the new orders not being put on the server, I found the package names in the module area lacked the username_package. I added it and they were on the server when I clicked the create button. The problem with the emails not being sent was fixed by using SMTP instead of PHP. Even the emails for accounts before that were sent. I believe I am up and running. The tutorials can be hard to understand but they do work.

I solved that problem. The username wasn't before the package in the module section. Now the emails won't send. lol, fix one to find another. I did notice it's set to use PHP but no port is selected. I have finally been able to create test accounts, However, they're not showing up on the server. I found where to manually send the Hosting info but can't login to the control panels nor do they appear in the client area in WHM. When I tried to use the create account function(they show as active) I get this error message. Module Command Error Sorry, unable to use package Free. Verify that the package exists and that you have not exceeded your reseller restrictions. It is setup in packages in WHM and in the products area in WHMCS. Thank you for the help. This is my 6th day trying to get this thing configured. I've overcome a lot but not there yet.

I created another account and got an email confirmation. It isn't automatically creating the account. When I accepted it, it didn't send an email. I'm getting there but still need some help if you would. Thank you.

Hi folks. I have setup WHMCS without any real problems. The problem I am having is when I go to the signup page and click a package, I type in the URL but it won't go any farther. I've checked the settings and can't find the problem. I watched the tutorial videos and did make some changes according to them but still no solution. One possible problem is that my host mistakingly set up my SSL certificate as weboffaith.org instead of http://www.weboffaith.org. At the advise of an admin here I added a redirect in .htaccess (not usre I did that correctly, copied and pasted the code and saved it.) Would it solve the problem to uninstall the script and reinstall it as weboffaith.org? I am REALLY hoping there's a better solution. I've been trying now for 4 days to find a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys. I've been trying to get this to work for 3 days now. I thought I had everything set up but when trying to test the order part. I can't get past entering the domain name. It just comes back to that page. Is there anyway someone experienced can look at my configuration and give me some advise? I would appreciate it very much. Thank you and have a great evening.

OK, It is working now but I can't login. I am using the correct credentials. May that be due to the same issue? Also what folder is .htaccess in? I found .htpasswrds.

I just installed WHMCS and when I tried to enter the admin area and the main page I get the error message. ^This is the entire message. Anyone know what I need to do to correct this?
