Hi, I just would like to know how WHMCS deals with extended characters and language specific characters (like ç, ø, å, æ) when these are used in the order form (in contact details) when registering domains? Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far I know registrars like Enom and DirectI does not allow language specific characters to be used in the whois database. Will WHMCS ask the user to re-enter these characters? Thank you for your feedback. Mehmet

Hi, When a customer transfers his domain to us the renewal date for the domain and the hosting package will be different. For the recurring payments, I believe WHMCS will invoice customer twice, one for the domain and one for the hosting package, since these will expire at different dates. Is it possible to configure WHMCS so it sends only one single invoice that includes both domain and hosting? Or is it possible to configure WHMCS so it prorates the hosting package so it gets same renewal date as the domain? I'm using annual payment for hosting packages.

Hi, Just a quick questions about the WHMCS licenses that's sold through resellers. On your webpage there is statement as : "Reseller licenses may only be used internally (provided to your reseller/server customers). " As far I can see at least one of your resellers does not require their whmcs customers to be their hosting customers as well. Does it mean that some resellers are allowed to resell whmcs licenses to everybody? If we should decide to transfer the license over to whmcs.com or to another reseller, is this possible? Thanx!

Hi, 1) I read on these forums that it will be possible to write own registrar module. Will it be then possible to select which TLDs we want to register through the custom registrar module, while the rest of the TLDs still goes through DirectI or Enom? 2) Let's say I use DirectI as registrar and I add a new TLD such as eu.com which is not supported by DirectI, what happens when a client registers a eu.com domain? Do I get a notice about the order which tells me that I need to register the domain with another registrar? How does the system know which TLDs are supported by DirectI? 3) As far I understand you have a feature called checkout which runs an external script. Will this script run each time an order is placed or just when someone orders a hosting package or a domain? Will this scipt be called if customer order something else than hosting or domain? 4) You support 2checkout as a payment gateway. As far I know all products needs to be pre-created on 2checkout before client can pay for the product through 2co. If I enable 2co on WHMCS, do I need to manualy create all products on 2CO or does WHMCS handle this part of the job? What happens if I change a price? Do I need to change it at the 2CO or do you handle this as well? Thanx!
