mikelegg Posted December 6, 2009 Share Posted December 6, 2009 I just had an Automatic Domain Registration Failure on a .com.au domain. The reason given was "Error: Registrant ID (ABN, ACN or RBN) is missing". In actuality, the customer did enter their ABN, but had spaces in the number. It is common practice for ABN and ACN numbers to be expressed with spaces to make them easier to read, so I can foresee this happening again. I've added "(without spaces)" to the field label, but I was wondering if there's a way to either add validation to this field or to simply strip out empty spaces before the order is submitted to the registrar. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
