My account is not active yet

Hi,

I signed up for my account from hostgator. At the end of the signup process, there was a message saying I would get an email. I'm used to these things being automated, but I haven't received an email yet and my email address is not recognised in the client area.

 

Is someone going to manually activate my account?

It seems like you should ask Hostgator, not WHCMS. Their support is great so just give them a call and I'm sure they will sort it out. (goto hostgator.com for their info)
