mcpacific
I've been working all day making some customization changes to my WHMCS order forms and for some reason, the changes just don't get reflected when I upload the new template versions to the server. It makes absolutely no sense. I've emptied caches, restarted IIS.. pretty much everything and it doesn't matter what change I make in the template (configureproduct.tpl, for example), when I view the live site the orginal code is shown when I view source. For example, I can add a paragraph, change a link... really just about anything. The only thing that seems to have any effect is if I gut the file or delete it (in such case, a blank page shows). It feels like I've been banging my head against a wall for 2 hours! Anyone else ever experience this? I know I'm editing the correct template files (the folder name matches the template choice under General Settings), and it's not like I've never done it before!
sparky
Have you emptied the contents of the templates_c directory (all except for index.php)
mcpacific
Oh my, of course. I guess this is what happens when you spend too much time in front of the computer! Thanks Sparky (slightly embarrassed)
