RandomLittleHost
Hi all, I'm trying to set up prorata payments, my understanding of these is that a customer would pay a fraction of the first month's fee depending on when they sign up, they would then pay the full fee from a given date. Whatever I set up, it seems that they're being charged a pro-rated amount PLUS a full month's fee. However I change the prorata dates I can't get round this. Is this normal in WHMCS? If I were a customer I'd be pretty upset at being charged more than the quoted monthly fee More info - In WHMCS - Prorata billing enabled Prorata date 26 Charge next month 25 When ordering product through WHMCS - Product cost 19p Prorated to 26/12/09 Recurring 20p monthly This is what shows in my Paypal account when paying for it - £0.19 GBP for the first 59 days Then £0.20 GBP for each month It loos like I'm getting 2 months for the price of 1, is this a bug or have I gone wrong somewhere?
