Backyard Billy
First let me thank you WHMCS for a great product, I'm currently on a trial license but I'm definitely going to buy it. I noticed that when SSL mode is on for the connections to WHM it won't connect. But when I try without SSL it works just fine, I do have a firewall on the billing server but it's set to allow external 2087 (I also tried enabling incoming 2087 but no difference). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
okihost
Did you ever find a fix for this?
bobthebuilder
Yeah, same problem here. Definately not a firewall or IP problem on my server.. WHMCS just isn't working with 2087 for whatever reason.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 5, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 5, 2007 The error will be that your PHP is not compiled with OpenSSL support for remote connections so https SSL connections can't be made with the fsockopen command. bobthebuilder
Thanks. Recompiled with openssl support and away it went.
