We are in process of reviewing our present billing platform, Plesk Billing, and replacing it will a system that appears to be moving and developing at a quicker pace.
We currently bill over 10000 broadband customers (non hosting) a month and growing via Plesk Billing, which is something that a new billing system needs to compete with, which WHMCS seems able to do.
However, 1 major problem that we appear to come across during the decision process is that a client must use an email address to login into the client area. At present all our systems use a common "username" and password. Is there anyway this can be changed or developed as an option? Anyone got an ideas of a workaround?
